If you’ve already found the right person, SalesPort helps you unlock a verified direct phone number and email in a few clicks — so you can call or write straight away.
What you need
- A SalesPort account (trial credits included)
- The SalesPort Chrome extension
- A LinkedIn profile or company website open in your browser
Why this works
The extension runs on LinkedIn or company sites, matches the profile you see, and lets you reveal verified contact details. Phone, email, and LinkedIn stay saved together in SalesPort.
Step 1: Install the Chrome extension
Add SalesPort from the Chrome Web Store, log in, and accept permissions for LinkedIn and company domains.
Step 2: Open your prospect’s profile
Go to their LinkedIn profile or company site. The extension activates and matches the profile.
Step 3: Reveal the contact
Click Reveal for a verified email, then check Saved Contacts.
Step 4: Reveal the phone number
Click Reveal phone for a direct number. If multiple appear, SalesPort highlights the likely primary. Save alternates if needed.
Tip: organize lists by campaign, account, or region. Call during local business hours and respect Do Not Call rules.
Step 5: Keep contacts organized
Group by account/campaign/market in your CRM and add a backup contact when the primary is hard to reach.
Optional: search without LinkedIn
Use Contact Finder inside SalesPort — search by company, title, region, or seniority, then reveal email and phone directly.
Best practices
- Time calls to local hours
- Double-check titles before revealing credits
- Pair a short voicemail with a concise email
- Archive invalid numbers to keep lists clean
